bugfix: merging nodes wasn't working properly

fixed null pointer bug when there were no term parts; reverted back to old xgmml template; added labels for concept names to node; fixed bug that caused reiterating over nodes during transformation to only work when there were node ids provided;

Created a table to display the annotations. Currently showing the sample data. Need to change the structure to add more details like author of the annotation, etc.
