A bit of code re-arrangement to prevent nullpointerexception if invalid dspace credentials are provided to quadriga. Currently it would show an error message dialog if this happens (but there would be n dialogs for n files). This would be fixed once quadriga adds a dspace credentials verification api.

Added a new field to Node and TransformedNode classes to capture the sourceURI of concept. Added the code to set it in Node from the ICreationEvent and similarly in TransformNode from Node.
