These new mailing lists have now been created. The complete
list is available at:

   https://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=24591

for anyone who wants to subscribe.

Unfortunately I didn't manage to create 'gobo-eiffel-xml'
because SourceForge wouldn't let me create a mailing list
with a name made up of less than 4 characters. So I created
'gobo-eiffel-xml-lib' instead.
