[gobo-eiffel-develop] Suggestion for getest

Eric,

Would it make sense to add a command line option to getest to just execute
the "Preparing Test Cases" step rather than all of the steps at once? In
fact, an option to run each of the steps selectively would be useful.

This would make is easier to develop test harnesses using an IDE, such as
EiffelBench. I could then develop the test harness code in the IDE, generate
the test harnesses using getest and execute the test harness in the IDE.
