[gobo-eiffel-develop] integrating UCSTRING to gobo-eiffel

hello eric,

i think it is getting time to integrate the ucstring-cvs-repository into
the gobo-eiffel-cvs. in the current state it is relative stable, nearly
only minor
beautifications must be done (eg "indexing"). a lot of people are
waiting for it, so we should integrate it. the necessary modifications
can be done if i have a little more time and cvs-access.

who will import the stuff into cvs and whereto?
