Perhaps a more significan restriction (I don't know the price) is that 
it's Windows only.  This imposes significant restrictions.  One of my 
main interests in Eiffel/Gobo is as a cross-platform tool, and I have 
been intentionally avoiding (attempting to avoid, sometimes) tools and 
techniques that are limited to one particular platform.
