[gobo-eiffel-develop] Argument parser does not complain with multiple identical short options

I just made a typical cut-and-paste-and-edit error - I was adding another c=
ommand line option very similar to a previous one - but I forgot to edit th=
e short option character. As a result, the parse is ambiuous. But the parse=
r does not complain, which I think it should.
