This does not make sense. Why does ise appear in the name of
this file which is supposed to contain C compiler names, and
even more strange if you are not using ISE to bootstrap?

The only thing I can say is that Andreas successfully bootstrapped
with gcc and ge when building Gobo 3.5 under Linux.

Can you please send the full output?
