#2 radiobox label update

I have tried for weeks and have been unable to get the
radiobox labels to update when the user clicks the Save
Changes Button in the File --> Customize dialog box. I
have had terrible problems with encapsulation. If you
can suggest a sullotion I would appreciate it.
