Version 0.3 Released

The new version of Gob has been released. This version provides primarily backend changes.

* XML protocol has replaced old customised protocol, improving future extensibility
* Compressed protocol to reduce overhead
* Configuration file has been provided
* Extensive logging and debugging
* Package re-arrangement, allowing shared packages between client and server
* New consolidated regex library

It seems popularity is increasing slightly, and the correspondance has increased. Please feel free to join the mailing lists available, and share ideas for changes.

The next version will largely be aimed at aesthetic changes to improve look and feel and functionality.

The next version will be the last release for aesthetic changes before I go into functionality code freeze and just simply work on making the first beta release (with an aim towards release 1.0).

See the RFE list on SourceForge for the list of proposed changes, hopefully all of these will make it into the next release.
