Work to begin on Gob version 0.2

Thanks to Dell and HP agreeing to bundle the Sun JVM on their desktops, and thanks to the global alliance between Sun and RedHat for the bundling of the Sun JVM in RedHat linux I am happy to announce that work will resume on Gob, beginning with work commencing of version 0.2 of Gob.

At this point only the existing bugs and RFEs will be worked into release 0.2, future releases may contain some of the following improvements:

* Work on the chat protocol and documentation
* Mobile interface for Java enabled phones
* Windows 2000/2003/XP packaging improvements and Windows services interoperability
* Server administrative functions within a GUI
* Highly extended chat functionality including room owners and delegated administration of the chat server
* Server configuration subsystem

I look forward to release towards the stable version 1.0 release of the code when the featureset and bug list is stable.
