#27 Ant Target - RPM Creation

Okay, need to create an Ant target that will spit out
RPM's that are ready for deployment.

I will utilise the tar file created by the Tarball
target already in existance, I will have to point the
output of 'rpmbuild' somewhere that I have permission
though.
