update to work with go version 5.3.20

hi, i did some updates:
- the svn contains now only the module directory
- syncml entry file is now located here: modules/syncml/syncml.php
- md5 auth is now missing because go does not provide anymore the md5 hash by default in the go_users table, i will work on a fix
