#2 Gnusticker not coming up in the panel

Was able to successfully install and view the
GnusTicker being listed in the Add to Panel Dialog. But
when select the GnusTicker to add it to the panel,
Nothing comes up.
The system is Fedora Core 4. How should I go about
troubleshooting this?

To fix this bug you need to edit python/widgets/scrolling.py and find the two lines that say "scroll speed" and change them to "scroll delay". These are on lines 66 and 124.
