Initial Comment:
There were recently some patches submitted using the patch tracker, is there any formal review process taking place or what is the preferred way to get patches reviewed, discussed, modified and eventually accepted/committed?

I am asking because apparently none of the patches were officially discussed, nor really rejected or accepted.
