#11 Using the designer with levels that aren't 16x31 or 32x31

The designer supports two sizes: 16x31 and 32x31 that can be switched between via an icon. The problem is that editing a level that isn't either of these sizes and clicking the icon loses the original size (try 016-RobboVII). One way to deal with this is to record the original size, 16x31 and 32x31 and then cycling between the three of them.

GNU Robbo supports any size level up to MAX_W x MAX_H which is currently 200x200, so it would have been easier not to support any particular sizes but to have inc/dec width/height icons so that the user can inc/dec the level dimensions in steps of 1 to whatever they require.
