#146 Multigroup combined with objects fail

LS,
attached a gnuplot scrip that caused some headaches

1) it produces spurious boxes in the pdf file, while they are not part of the gpl file
2) how to enforce plotting boxes without anything else.

Any advice is welcome.

    Nice plot.
    Since you don't say which of the boxes are "spurious" I'll have to guess that the issue is you only wanted the first 533 boxes to appear in the first plot command, not any subsequent plot commands. If that's the case, you need to delete them after the first plot command:
    unset object
    If you want to keep some, but not all, then you would need to be more specific
    unset for [1=1:100] object i
    unset for [i=500:533] object i
