The cvs version of gnuplot supports semitransparent colours. Start by looking at its docomentation. (the 3d analogous of a gnuplot 'box' in 2d) Any idea how to do that? I tried drawing the lines and then using pm3d to color them, but i couldn't get the sides colored. I am using gnuplot.py to interface with python.
