"pointsize" is not supported as a separate option, but you can treat it
as part of the "with" argument:

    Histo = Gnuplot.Data(Bins,Bincounts, with='points pointsize 0.5')

Undoubtedly this could be improved, but unfortunately I don't have time
to work on Gnuplot.py.
