Hi, 

When I need to plot both lines and points (data and fitted model)
I use something like this:

plt1 = Gnuplot.Gnuplot()
plt1.plot(Gnuplot.Data(MJD,most_flux,most_err,with='yerrorbars 1'))
plt1.replot(Gnuplot.Data(MJD,flux_fit,with='lines 1'))
