In file gp_win32.py you use popen method to serve a gnuplot handler. I must put a sleep in my script because gnuplot cant make it on time. I add a active wait to that file and add this file to this ticket. Pleas refractors my code and add to repo.

I sorry ther is no "gnuplot.exe" only "wgnuplot.exe"
