#23 Misc nav patches for latest palmOne headers
Three changes:
Makefile patched to include keyring-15-8.ppm - It was
missing from the Makefile's BITMAPS entry, and as a
result missing from tarballs created with 'make dist'.
(This includes the one on the SF downloads page - it
will not compile unless you obtain keyring-15-8.ppm
from CVS)
keyring.rcp.in changed to enable navigation to the
Generate button in the keyedit form
includes.h changed to point to new palmOne SDK 4.1
headers - PalmSG.h was replaced by palmOne_68K.h
Patch against keyring-2.0-pre4

Makefile and keyring.rcp.in patch applied and checked in.
(Hmm, you didn't notice the PaswordField typo, or did I
introduce it later?)
The PalmSG.h -> palmOne_68K.h change does not work for me,
because in the palmOne headers I have the case is broken
for all directories :( Have to check if they have working
headers for linux now. However, I can't find the palmOne
headers anymore :((
