#163 Can't launch this program from the card

The keyring can't be launched from the card, palm gives "this version of keyring requires DESLib.prc." even if the card contains this file. Copying the application from the card to the RAM and trying to launch from there isn't working either - the only situation when all works OK is when the application is installed using desktop hotsync manager.
