Hi all,

It happened to me that, after having used the keyring application ( storing a new record or just opening one already exisisting ), I shut the palm down.
After a few minutes, suddenly it went on, until the battery was completely drained, by-passing the automatic mechanism of shutting-down, based on a time-limit setting that in my own case is 3 minutes.
This always happens after having used the keyring app.
Details are:
LifeDrive
PalmOs Garnet Ver. 5.4.8
Keyring 1.2.3

Best regards
Claudio

I have to check it, but I think in my tests the Palm turned off again automatically.

The reason for the automatic wake-up is the password timeout. The application registers an alarm and removes the stored password snib when the alarm is triggered. So to prevent the wake-up you can manually remove the stored password by clicking the open lock icon in the top-right corner. This will also remove the alarm.

I have to see if I can reproduce it, and whether there is a way to enable automatic shutdown again. BTW, what is the behaviour when an alarm is triggered by the calendar application and you do not react to it?
