If "stay unlocked" timer has not expired by the time
screen is blanked, the screen with turn itself on when
the timer expires. This is on Treo 600

The wake up is done by palm os when the snib timeout alarm is
triggered. I have no idea how I can check whether the palm
was off before the alarm happened, so I could turn it off again.

I think this bug is not critical as the palm will power itself off
again after two minutes.

Same here on a Tungsten E2: when the password timer expires,
the unit turns on.
