#9 jpdf only support Letter paper size

Sorry but I only have A4 papers. Letter paper size is
also 'hard' coded, and cannot be changed without
compilation.

For enhancement, I suggest to use:

javax.print.attribute.standard.MediaSizeName
javax.print.attribute.standard.MediaSize
and other classes in
javax.print.attribute.standard
