There are also programs that allows to simulate protein interaction.
But these software are limited, and make too much simplification to be realistic enough.
Yet, knowing, and monitoring their evolution is the fist thing the current project must do.

It's made in my country (France) and everything is written in french, but to sum it up, it is pretty advanced, well-working, free to download, but does not seems open-source.
Also, it is based on way too simple models for us, and can't be a base to what we want to do here.
Yet, it's a one we'll have to monitor closely.

Here, we will study what already exists.
We'll first try to list any project close to ours or that can help ours.
Then we'll try to study each project, learn from it, and try to see could use it, or get a partnership with it.
