We need to gather Molecular Biology Documentation.
We need to understand all the molecular interactions that occurs inside a living cell.

We'll then be able to model them, in the most realistic way, and then, we'll be able to simulate them. Since molecules of the living are freaking huge, and since chemistry of the living is highly based on week-electric forces between molecules (such as "van der Waals force" or "London force" ...), and the most important part of it is the shape these forces gives to proteins, the simulation will be very complex, and we are really not near to having a computer powerful enough to run this kind of detailed simulation. But that doesn't matter.

So first step, the documentation.
