I just started using GDL, though I do have previous experience with IDL.
Honestly not sure whether this is a bug or whether I've messed up something else, but I can't get product to accept any keywords.

GDL> a = [2,3]
GDL> b = product(a)
GDL> print, b
6.0000000
GDL> b = product(a, /integer)
% Keyword parameter INTEGER not allowed in call to: PRODUCT
% Execution halted at: $MAIN$

I've tried other keywords for product with the same result. However, other basic functions that I've thought to test accept keywords.

    Hi,

Which version of GDL are you using?
In 0.9.2 it seems to work correctly:

    GDL> a = [2,3]
    GDL> b = product(a, /integer)
    GDL> print, b
    6
