#70 Support new floating point line widths in plplot

Unstable (example)

Current plplot svn revisions have moved to a width() method to set line widths that takes a floating point argument. This is a straightforward patch to support that. However, I suspect that more may want to be done to fully take advantage of this, perhaps including reducing the default line width.

I haven't done any testing beyond compiling with and without width() available.

    Thanks Orion for the patch,
Indeed plplot 5.9.10 has removed plwid and forces us to use plwidth and PLFLT values. That makes for yet another #ifdef switch.
    I'll install the patch asap.
