The functions _isnan and _isinf are not a member of std on MSVC.

So I replaced them without the prefix 'std::',
and I checked that 'using namespace std' is declared on every files I modified, so this patch should not produce any error.

Please test it on POSIX platforms before applying.
Thank you.

I applied the patch, but it did not work on ubuntu 1210.
I had to insert some using std::isnan statements. Please check if this works on windows. Otherwise we have to use the preprocessor.

Based on your work I compiled GDL on windows now myself (actually I had to use the preprocessor). The actual CVS compiles with VS2010. Thanks for your contribution.
