#24 !x.range and !y.range

Here I've made two small changes to plotting.cpp to make !x.range and !y.range work. As in IDL, the keywords xrange and yrange override the system variables. Attached is the patch, relative to the cvs.

    Thanks. It's in the cvs.

    I've changed the condition: (test1 != 0.0 && test2 != 0.0)
    into: (!(test1 == 0.0 && test2 == 0.0))
    so it works when one element of ![X,Y].RANGE is zero.
