#2 Corrected behavior of SIZE() (undefined & L64)

The IDL SIZE() function may be invoked on undefined
variables. GDL 0.7.2 as implemented disallows this.

The following patch enables calling SIZE() on undefined
expressions.

The patch also corrects an error when L64 is used: the
uncorrected behavior is to return a ULONG type, not
LONG64. The patch trivially corrects this.
