#458 pipe support for filenames

This is implemented in trunk (GC4) since a while, but so far it is missing for CBL_OPEN_FILE (and in effect also WRITE/READ routines).
It can nearly be copied from (maybe even forwarded to) the same handling of this in the io statements for sequential files.
