There is something strange with the downloads. Until this is solved (I won't do anything on that before the 3.1 release announcement, hopefully within the next days) one has to use a deep link, which needs to be resolved wither by the Appveyor API or by clicking through the builds.

URL has changed and it works again now. As always you can find the CI URLs (which will always be adjusted from time to time) under Files->gnucobol->nightly_snapshots in the rendered README.

I thought I would use nightly builds and test my code against it, when I try to download gnucobol-3.1-dev.tar.gz it uses the link:
and I get this error message:
Is the nightly build generally available?
