    Hi!
The OpenCobolIDE did not work for me, so I forked.
    https://github.com/Webhuis/GNUCobolIDE
It still has a few bugs, but I started to work with it.
Use run in an external terminal.
    Martin.

      This is really good news.
OpenCobolIDE I have seen how it is still widely used in many contexts even though it is no longer updated.
In my opinion it is still today the simplest and fastest way to install a development environment that is also complete with the GnuCOBOL compiler.
Unfortunately OpenCobolIDE 4.7.6 installs the GnuCOBOL 2.0 version and not the more recent 3.2.
We just have to wait for your updates to start installing GnuCOBOLIDE.
