Well I tried to look at all of them listed by Chuck and Arnold, and could only get the one above from Chuck working. It was OK... clumsy to get around and would not open a file over 1 Gig, even for browse. But would be ok for old mainframer...
Then others were not able to install or did not work or had so many dependencies or had to compile source...

Mainly wondering (my days of a similar editor back on AS/400 are long gone and I've not really used that much either).
SPFLite - http://spflite.com/Home.html (last release January 2021; full source code, documentation and binaries available)
SPF-Editor (SPF/SE) - https://github.com/michaelknigge/spf-editor "free use binaries".
The Hessling Editor. https://hessling-editor.sourceforge.net
Modes for KEDIT, XEDIT, ISPF compatibility.
And REXX.
sudo apt install the the-docCheers,

Chuck H. showed me SPF/SE 365 (michaelknigge) for windows, and it is very nice. The spflite is ok too.
Would be nice if both (or any) were on linux.
Mickey, as we discussed earlier, you could try the Hybrid Editor as it runs on Linux.
It's not an exact clone of ISPF, but very similar

I've used both SPFLite and the free binary of SPD/SE 365, and they both work very well, but of course only on windows.
Here are some links for some variants that could possibly be built on Gnu/Linux:
