    Is this a misprint? should the second range example be a positive 9.99999 ? Programmer guide 3.2 page 218

      It is a positive 9.99999... The "-" is a hyphen to separate the ranges, not a minus sign.

      Range of Values: -9.99999... * 106143 to 9.99999... * 106144
