Compiling GC 3.2 on Linux with XML Support aborts with an error "implicit declaration of xmlCleanupParser()" due to the missing inclusion of "<libxml parser.h="">". Pls find a patch attached.</libxml>

Duplicate of [patches:#64], which is applied to GnuCOBOL 3.x branch (see nightly build, if interested as well.
