#37 Suspend/Resume popups

Occasionally, one might prefer to be undisturbed by the popup for new mail (for example, when concentrating on writing some article etc).

Would be nice to have a 'suspend popup' menu item on right-click on the gnubiff icon in the panel. When clicked, popups should be blocked, even if new mail arrives; at the same time, that menu item should turn to 'resume popup', which allows one to return to the standard popup behavior.
