I would like to launch my mail reader on only those accounts that have messages in them. So I'd like to specify some special token (%m ?) in the command line and have gnubiff replace it with the first non-empty mailbox (similar to the way Gnome replaces %s). Maybe also replace %M with the entire list of non-empty mailboxes.
