I've been following the instructions to install Eclipse, the plugins, and the toolchain on my Windows system. I'm confused about the instructions on the Generic Cortex-M template page. I have the CMSIS vendor specific files for my microcontroller (TI Stellaris/Tiva). But I don't understand where I should copy them to. Should they go in:

C:\eclipse-cpp-kepler-SR2\plugins\ilg.gnuarmeclipse.templates.core_2.1.1.201404240550\templates\common\system... (the closest match I see to the instructions),

or C:\eclipse-cpp-kepler-SR2\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\393\1.cp\templates\cortexm_project\Vendor... (where I found the *DEVICE.* examples),

or somewhere else?

Oh I think I understand now. I had the mistaken impression that I had to copy the CMSIS vendor specific files somewhere before creating my project with the Generic Cortex-M template. But now I realize that you're actually supposed to copy the files into your project's system folder after you create the project with the template. The template populates the project's system folder with the generic *DEVICE.* files and you have to replace those with the vendor specific files. Sorry for the interruption.
