#6 STM32F0 & STM32F1 templates

The new versions of the STM32F0 & STM32F1 templates are available for testing.

Both use the latest STM StdPeriph drivers available.

I tested the projects generated by these templates on STM3204DISCOVERY and respectively Olimex STM32-H103, and the green led blinks.

Any feedback will be appreciated.
