#7 please add rulers to gv

Frequently i plot my data in the form of postscript
files then view them, and i think it will be
convinient to use both horizontal and vertical line as
a ruler. So i hope you can add a button to gv. When the
button is clicked down, a crossing line expanded to
edges of the window and centered at the mouse point
appears, and moves with that point.
