#30 Default target of make is not all

Hi, I noticed in README.gnuefi

** Building

To build the sample EFI applications provided in subdirectory "apps",
simply invoke "make" in the toplevel directory (the directory
containing this README file). This should build lib/libefi.a and
gnuefi/libgnuefi.a first and then all the EFI applications such as a
apps/t6.efi.

which means that invoking make in top directory will make all subdirectories. However, the default target of make in top directory is gnuefi instead of all. So, one must invoke make all explicitly to build. I think one of document or code must be wrong.
