[Gnu-darwin-distribution] Help with OS X - KDE, GNOME, ENLIGHTENMENT, etc.

Hello all,
I have been racking my brain in an attempt to get some sort of window
manager working with my OS X box and the Xdarwin (Xfree86) server I have
successfully installed. I have tried both the Ports method as well as the
Package method and neither work. The Ports method does not want to compile
properly and the Package method tells me that I need a bunch of other
components in order to satisfy all dependency issues. The problem with the
Package method is that I can not find most of the other components I
require. Can anyone help? I just want to get a really nice GUI running on
top of Xdarwin. I don't really find the plain vanilla Xfree86 interface very
useful or configurable. I want more polish. I would prefer KDE, but would
accept anything at this point. Please help!!!
