It might be interesting to add this to the ports collection ;-}. Actually, I don't think that anyone has thought of that, because the debian package system is very similar to the FreeBSD system that is used by GNU-Darwin. You should check it out.
If you really want the debian tools and none other, then you should check out the Fink project. The Fink is similar to our ports and package initiatives, but it is based on the debian tools and some great coding from Christoph Pfisterer.
