#16 pdisk doesn't write label when only partition name changes

Hi

Sometimes I want to change only the name of a partition
using pdisk, not the actual location or size of a
partition.
But pdisk refuses to write the new label to disk, claiming
that the label has not changed. It would be useful if
pdisk
could detect that the label *should* change when only
the partition names have changed.
