[gnotepad-users] ANNOUNCE: gnotepad+ v1.3.0pre4 (devel) released

Greetings gnotepad fans and users.
    
gnotepad+ v1.3.0pre4 has been released.  One more development release
before the final version of 1.3.0.  This version fixes the reverse
scrolling problem with wheeled mice, as well as a glaring bug when
undoing HTML tag inserted text.  Also, search and replace now reports
how many replacements were made.
