[gnotepad-users] ANNOUCE: gnotepad+ v1.3.0pre3 released

Greetings gnotepad fans and users.

gnotepad+ v1.3.0pre3 has been released.  This is hopefully the last
beta release before the final version. This version only has a few
minor improvements, including: saving preferences is dramatically
faster now; options for placing the username and hostname in the
window title; and an attempt at providing wheeled mouse support.
